The DIFE Officers’ Association of Bangladesh (DOA BD) is a professional and development-focused community for current and aspiring officers of the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE). DOA BD was established in November 2024 to bring together DIFE officers and promote excellence in labor law enforcement, workplace safety, and industrial relations across Bangladesh.
It is a non-governmental, non-profitable, non-political, voluntary organization committed to enhancing the professional growth of its members while contributing to the improvement of labor standards and workplace conditions in the country. DOA BD serves as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, fostering a network of experts dedicated to making workplaces safer and fairer for all.
